In Preparation of your visit/consultation

Usually by the time I see a patient for their bone infection, the patient has already seen numerous other doctors, has had several different treatment plans offered, and may have received an unsuccessful procedure. Needless to say you have been through a lot and are going to have a lot of questions.
The treatment of your bone infection sometimes involves treating other factors affecting your lower extremity. This includes but is not limited to peripheral arterial circulation disease, diabetes, cardiac disease, tobacco dependance, and compliance. All of these issue have to be addressed before any procedures can be completed for your bone infection.
If you are not located locally, please send the following information to me.
1. You can contact me by email at drkarrcoe@gmail.com with any general questions.
2. I need your records to review before your visit if your are traveling to see me. I will review your records before I see you and sometimes my staff will call you with questions. For patients that are traveling, after I have reviewed your records a telemedicine appointment will be made for you before your are given an office appointment. Generally speaking, I will try to schedule your surgery the next day after your initial consultation visit if possible.
3. You can Email me the items below on the patient visit checklist, picture of films with a smart phone are usually fine. It is most helpful for me to review your MRI/CT/xray studies (the actual films) I can not stress how important it is for me to review the films. You can generally ask the location that you had the films done at to make you a CD and have that CD mailed to me. You should also review the tab to the left entitled " Pateints - In Preparation Of Your On Line Questions". Otherwise please mail (address below) these items to me. Once these items are received and reviewed you will be contacted.
3. The mailing address is:

With Warm Regards,
